Exporting problems

I’ve just created my first plan and have upgraded to a Plus account.

When I export a plan to jpg (high resolution) it says that it was successful, but I’ve been waiting over half an hour, and it hasn’t arrived in my inbox. I’ve checked the email address is correct (I received the welcome to email fine) and I have checked my spam folder.

How long should this process take?

Hi Luke,
I am having the exact same issue!
Have also upgraded to a Plus Account but nothing is happening.
Feeling very frustrated as my email address is correct and nothing is sitting in my spam folder either.
Can someone please help us with this issue thank you.

Same here…yesterday it took over an hour for my image to finally come through—good luck!
