I am also experiencing the “loading…” problem, and my plans seem to have dissapeared. NEED HELP PLEASE.

Sorry to hear this, we are aware of the loading bug in Internet Explorer 7 and trying to fix it as soon as possible. What is your user name or plan link; we’ll check if it still exists

Hi again, we think we solved the problem; could you try to log in and load your plans again? You may have to delete your browser cache and cookies before it works. Don’t forget to may have to fill in your email and password again if your cookies are deleted. Please lets us know here if you still run into some problems. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

I had the same issue for IE7 as well as Safari. Today i was able to retrieve my plans and everything seem to be working back fine. Thanks a lot.
